Why it’s beneficial to come on a regular basis.

Getting a regular massage prevents sore muscles from flaring up. It helps you feel consistently great and preempts the uncomfortable need to get treatment. Coming on a monthly basis is a good maintenance schedule. But if you’re dealing with sore muscles you want to eliminate, coming more often (every 1 to 2 weeks) until the problem is alleviated is recommended. Some people see me even more often, which is perfectly fine although I advise waiting a few days when we’re using very firm pressure to allow the body to recover.

Getting a regular massage also reduces stress and promotes relaxation which is very good for the body. It improves your energy level and alertness. It’s very beneficial to the Circulatory System, improving circulation while lowering heart rate and blood pressure. It also aids the Lymphatic System, helping lymph to move through the body. And massage is very pleasurable!
