When contacting me to make an appointment, texting works best for me. It helps me to better keep track of all the information I need to know. I do not pick up the phone when it rings due to the preponderance of spam calls I get – it’s a huge waste of time. However, I am happy to talk on the phone with anyone who wants to hear my voice. But please be sure to leave a message when you call and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Sometimes that can take a long time because my stupid phone can be very late notifying me that there is a voice message. I should probably get another phone! But I will still prefer to text.
