Sometimes during a massage, male clients will get an erection, especially when massaging the inner thighs, glutes and sometimes the stomach. This is perfectly natural. It happens to both straight and gay clients. Massage therapists are taught at massage school to simply ignore this when it happens, and that’s exactly what I do. It’s no big deal!
