I wish I had known about mineral oil years ago when I first became a massage therapist. It is the perfect lubricant. Excellent glide, and I don’t need that much of it. Mineral oil doesn’t go rancid like other kinds of oils which quickly ruin sheets. I have no problem getting mineral oil out of my sheets (although sheets do build up small amounts of oil over time and have to be tossed out).
