Another point about making appointments

I work alone and I don’t have a secretary, so if you try contacting me and I don’t answer the phone or respond to a text right away, please be patient. I am probably doing a massage and I will respond as soon as possible. It could take a few hours to get back to you. Again, I will do a spur of the moment massage when possible but please consider planning ahead. It makes my job easier and I need about an hour to heat up the towels that I use during the massage.
