My official hours are 7 am to 11 pm seven days a week. Now obviously, I don’t work all of those hours. I work sporadically at different times throughout the day. I am very flexible, but what that means is, if I have an early massage one morning, I’m not going to be taking late appointments the previous night, and vice versa. I prefer to start my last massage of the evening by 9 pm. If it’s a 2-hour massage, it will last until 11 pm when I officially close.
I take spur of the moment massages when possible, but I much prefer it when people make appointments at least 24 hours ahead of time. At the very least, I need an hour’s notice to prepare myself and my massage room and especially to heat the hot towels I use. Sometimes I am ready to go right away because there has been a last minute cancellation, but that’s pretty rare. It’s best to make an appointment ahead of time. That’s the best way to ensure you will get the time you want.
