Please plan ahead by a day or more if possible. I understand some people are experiencing acute pain and need immediate relief, in which case I will accommodate them with a same day appointment the best I can. At the very least, I need an hour’s notice to prepare myself, my massage room, and to heat up the hot towels I use during the massage. I understand many people cannot plan ahead and that is fine! It never hurts to try getting a same day massage with me, although I have been pretty busy these days.
